The second day of the Regional Culture and the Arts Festival III 2025 (RCAF III) officially opened on November 24 with a parade from the San Agustin Covered Court to the Bren Z. Guiao Multi-Purpose Center.
The Bren Z. Guiao Multi-Purpose Center will host the festival’s official program led by the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), this year’s host institution for the regional competition.
