This, he added, reinforced S&R’s decision to establish a Membership Shopping Center in Barangay Cutcut—an investment expected to boost jobs and local commerce.

Mayor Lazatin welcomed the development and urged S&R to conduct a comprehensive Traffic Impact Study and create an efficient parking system to minimize congestion and ensure smooth operations.

The upcoming S&R store is anticipated to stimulate economic activity, benefiting nearby businesses and improving opportunities for Angeleños.
