During the ceremony, outgoing BCDA Chairman Delfin Lorenzana expressed his confidence in Lantion as his successor.
“With decades of government experience and tested leadership, I am confident that Chairman Lantion will be able to sustain – if not surpass – the progress that we have made in BCDA,” said Lorenzana, whose direction helped the organization pursue its bold mandate of helping strengthen the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) while building great cities.
Under Lorenzana’s leadership, BCDA saw its net profit increase by 20.6% to P3.7 billion last year, enabling the organization to contribute more to the AFP Modernization Program.
As Chairman Lantion assumes position, he assures a transition that promises continuity alongside fresh perspectives.
