The Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Pasig City has issued a warrant of arrest against Porac Mayor Jaime Capil for alleged violations of Sections 3(E) and 3(J) of Republic Act 3019 (Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act).
The court set bail at โฑ90,000 for seven counts under RA 3019.
Mayor Jing Capil is yet to issue a statement on the matter.
