A total of 336 personnel of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) formally took their oath and donned their new ranks during a simultaneous ceremony at the Makatao Activity Center in Camp Olivas on July 29, 2026.

Led by PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jess B. Mendez, the ceremony recognized 167 newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and 169 Police Non-Commissioned Officers.

Mendez reminded the newly promoted personnel that their new ranks come with greater responsibility and accountability, urging them to lead with humility, serve with integrity, and uphold the public’s trust.

He also called on the promotees to support the vision of Chief, PNP Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. by delivering “Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman” to the communities they serve.
