Its Network Intelligence and Automation Platform (NIAP) streamlines fault management, offering faster detection, prediction, and resolution of network issues. Uy emphasized that these innovations have significantly improved performance metrics, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
The company is also investing in data centers , with two facilities under construction in Caloocan and Pampanga , set to house a combined 1,500 racks .
