Investments in Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) developments surged by 64% in the first seven months of 2025, reaching ₱53.5 billion and creating around 7,000 new jobs. This growth cements BCDA’s status as a top investment promotion agency and highlights rising investor confidence in areas like New Clark City and Camp John Hay.
BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang credited the boost to strong public-private partnerships and the agency’s vision of building “resilient, smart, and inclusive cities.” Major partners this year include Science Park of the Philippines, Sta. Clara-Saekyung, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Ayala Land, Amare La Cucina, and others.
The 2025 performance aligns with the Marcos administration’s socioeconomic goals, particularly in job creation and regional growth. Bingcang emphasized that the success of BCDA proves how government-led initiatives can attract private capital and spur nationwide development.
