Hann Reserve to host first Junior PGA Championships Philippines

Young golf talents will get their shot at international glory as Hann Reserve hosts the inaugural Junior PGA Championships Philippines on December 7–9, 2026, offering a pathway to the prestigious 2027 Junior PGA Championships in Ohio, United States.

The landmark tournament, organized through Hann Reserve’s partnership with the PGA of America, will bring together top local and international junior golfers, with the overall Boys’ and Girls’ champions earning exemptions to the 2027 championship at NCR Country Club, subject to eligibility requirements.

The Philippines joins China as one of only two countries recognized by the PGA of America to host an international qualifier for the championship.

Developed by Hann Philippines, Inc., Hann Reserve is a 450-hectare eco-luxury golf and lifestyle estate in New Clark City, featuring 54 holes of championship golf designed by Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi and Sir Nick Faldo.

Open to amateur golfers aged 12 to 18 with an official Handicap Index of 8.0 or lower, the competition is limited to 80 players. An official practice round is scheduled for December 7, followed by 36 holes of gross stroke play on December 8 and 9.

“Beyond this historic first for the Philippines, we are excited to bring our partnership with the PGA of America to life as we prepare to open the PGA of America Performance Institute,” said Clément Rousseau, Hann Reserve Director of Golf.

He described the championship as an important milestone in showcasing Hann Reserve’s world-class facilities while inspiring the next generation of golfers.

To accommodate participants and their families, Hann Reserve has partnered with Clark Marriott, Swissotel Clark and Widus Hotel Clark for preferred hotel rates, complemented by airport transfers and shuttle services.

Pre-registration is open until October 28, 2026, with final selections based on verified handicap rankings.
