The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Angeles City strengthened efforts to improve access to quality education through a partnership engagement with Republic Central Colleges (RCC) on the lease of property for Marisol Bliss Elementary School, held on January 21, 2026 at the RCC Administration Office.

The meeting underscored the shared commitment of both institutions to providing a safe, accessible, and conducive learning environment for learners, while reinforcing collaboration between public and private education stakeholders.

Representing RCC were Dr. Victoria L. Angeles, President; Augustine L. Angeles, Executive Vice President; and Joseph Paulo Canlas of the Human Resources Department. The SDO Angeles City delegation was led by Engr. Norma Gabigting, Engineer III; Ismael S. Delos Reyes, Principal I of Marisol Bliss Elementary School; Anna Marie Carmen Romero, SEPS–SMN; and Rigie Gozon, EPS II–SMN.

Through the partnership, SDO Angeles City and RCC reaffirmed their dedication to advancing accessible and quality education and supporting the long-term educational needs of the Angeles City community.
