Globe Telecom earned three major recognitions at the Mobile World Congress 2026, taking home awards for the Philippines’ Most Consistent Mobile Network, Most Consistent Fixed Network, and Widest 5G Coverage.
The honors were presented during the Ookla Awards Celebration, recognizing Globe’s efforts to strengthen network reliability, service quality, and digital connectivity across the country.
Carl Cruz said the recognition highlights the company’s focus on maintaining consistent and dependable connectivity for its customers.
“This is why Globe prioritizes network consistency, a strength recognized by Ookla naming Globe the Most Consistent Mobile and Fixed Network in the Philippines,” Cruz said, noting that the company continues to invest in expanding coverage, improving network capacity, and enhancing system resilience to deliver a high-quality network experience.
Company executives who attended the awards ceremony included Joel Agustin, senior vice president for Service Planning and Engineering; Yoke Kong Seow, chief technical advisor; Beck Eclipse, chief transformation operations officer; Darius Delgado, chief commercial officer; Helen Marquez, vice president for Build and Deploy; James Lim, vice president for Broadband Access Planning and Engineering; and Gavin Wu, senior advisor.
