Authentic Thai flavors take center stage in Clark

A taste of Thailand is set to enliven the local dining scene as Mequeni Live hosts a special Thai Food Festival at Quest Plus Conference Center Clark from March 25 to 29, 2026.

The five-day culinary event brings the rich and vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine to Kapampangan diners, featuring guest chef Arnan Sinsanwit of Napa Thai.

With nearly a decade of international experience across China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Bahrain, Sinsanwit is known for combining traditional Thai cooking techniques with modern presentation. His expertise is highlighted through signature dishes such as Tom Yum, offered in both red and clear varieties, showcasing the distinct balance of spicy, sour, and aromatic flavors.

Guests can enjoy a curated spread of Thai favorites, including Som Tum Thai (papaya salad), Khao Pad Poo (crab fried rice), and Tom Yum Goong (hot and sour shrimp soup), each prepared to reflect authentic Thai culinary traditions.

The buffet is priced at ₱1,720 net per person for lunch, except on March 25, and ₱2,990 net per person for dinner.

Organizers invite food enthusiasts to experience this limited-time culinary showcase, offering a flavorful journey through Thailand’s cuisine without leaving Clark. Reservations may be made through the hotel’s contact channels.
