The Angeles City government is strengthening access to safe, voluntary, and responsible family planning services through the City Health Office (CHO)–Population and Development Division under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II.
On October 21, 2026, the CHO conducted a No-Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV) service for men who voluntarily chose the permanent family planning method as part of their reproductive health and family planning goals.
The initiative aims to provide Angeleños with accessible health services and informed options for responsible family planning.
Residents seeking more information may contact the CHO–Population and Development Division at 0955-581-9383 or visit their respective barangay health centers and coordinate with the Barangay Population Worker.
The city government continues to promote accessible reproductive health services to help individuals and couples make informed decisions about their families and future.
