The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has intensified its operations across Central Luzon as part of the Safer Cities Program of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), reinforcing police visibility and public safety in urban and high-density areas.
Police Provincial Offices and City Police Offices have strengthened security measures in their respective jurisdictions, focusing on transport terminals, commercial establishments, major roads, and other public convergence areas.

From April 6 to 9, 2026, PRO3 recorded a total of 3,265 violators in line with the strict enforcement of local ordinances and public safety regulations. Of the total, 1,345 were cited for curfew violations, 1,034 for drinking in public places, 823 for half-naked exposure in public areas, and 63 for loud videoke violations.
Most violators, or 2,993 individuals, were issued warnings, while 272 were fined, generating a total of ₱125,300 in penalties. Authorities also issued 253 citation tickets, with no cases requiring formal charges during the period.
Ground units continue to conduct foot and mobile patrols, area inspections, and visibility operations to maintain peace and order and enhance public safety.
PRO3 Regional Director Jess B. Mendez said the intensified efforts reflect the organization’s commitment to responsive and community-centered policing.
“Pulis Central Luzon—nagbibigay ng serbisyong mabilis, tapat, at nararamdaman. Iyan ang pamantayan na patuloy nating isinusulong sa bawat operasyon at sa bawat komunidad na ating pinaglilingkuran,” Mendez said.
He also emphasized the importance of close coordination with local government units, barangay officials, and force multipliers to sustain a unified approach to peace and order across the region.
The initiative supports the focused agenda of PNP Chief Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly in enhancing police visibility, strengthening public trust, and ensuring safer communities.
As public activity increases across Central Luzon, PRO3 assured residents of its continued presence and commitment to proactive policing and effective public service.
