Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), through JBM Cares and the PRO3 PNP OLC Foundation Inc., conducted an outreach program on August 15, 2026, at Sitio Tubigan, Barangay Kalawakan, Doña Remedios Trinidad.

The activity was led by PRO3 Regional Director PBGen. Jess B. Mendez, together with the PRO3 OLC Foundation Inc. headed by Mrs. Chat Mendez, to provide assistance and spend time with families in the community.

The outreach highlighted the police force’s commitment to bringing public service closer to communities, particularly those needing support.

Through JBM Cares, PRO3 continues to strengthen its community ties by providing assistance and demonstrating that meaningful public service goes beyond enforcement and includes presence, compassion, and engagement with residents.
