The Provincial Government of Tarlac has reminded the public that no employee of the provincial capitol is authorized to collect or demand any payment in exchange for the processing of services from the Office of the Governor.

Authorities stressed that all services provided by the Governor’s Office are free of charge and should not require any form of payment.

Residents seeking assistance or submitting requests to the capitol are advised to coordinate directly with official staff from the Office of the Governor to ensure proper and legitimate processing.

The provincial government also warned the public against individuals posing as employees who may attempt to solicit payments. Such incidents should be immediately reported through the official contact number 09999982597 or via email at pgo@tarlac.gov.ph

Officials urged the public to remain vigilant and avoid dealing with fixers or unauthorized individuals.
