The Tarlac City Government, led by Mayor Susan Yap, is now accepting applications for PROJECT EASY (Enabling Aspirants through Starter-kit Yields), a livelihood program offering training and starter kits to qualified residents.

The initiative is in partnership with the Tarlac Center for Learning Skills and Success (TCLASS) and aims to help aspiring entrepreneurs start their own businesses.
