Pampanga Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda presided over a special meeting of the Provincial Development Council (PDC) on Monday, April 27, to review key infrastructure projects across the province.

The meeting, attended by mayors and private sector representatives, to scrutinize road and bridge projects initiated by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for 2026 and 2027.

The discussions aimed to ensure proper planning and implementation of priority infrastructure developments throughout Pampanga.
