The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority officially kicked off its Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month during the flag-raising ceremony held at Waterfront Road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone on May 11, 2026, led by Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Jose L. Aliño.

He was joined by Acting Deputy Administrator for Administration Vicente A. Evidente Jr., Office Services Department Records Officer II Angelo M. Mañalac, and Legal Department Administrative Assistant V Simon Sez Guerrero Bale in opening the month-long observance.

With the theme “Achieving Results through Transparency and Accountability towards a More Productive Bagong Pilipinas,” the 2026 EODB campaign aims to strengthen government efficiency through initiatives such as digital kiosks and updated citizens’ charters designed to reduce processing times in public services.

The program supports Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act, which enforces the 3-7-20 processing rule for government transactions.
