In line with the National Heritage Month 2026 celebration, the Department of Tourism Region III, in partnership with the Municipality of San Luis, conducted a Festival Enhancement and Management Training from May 4 to 6, 2026.

The program gathered participants to develop culturally grounded and heritage-sensitive festival concepts, which were later showcased in a street dance performance during the final activity.

The initiative highlights DOT Region III’s effort to strengthen and promote cultural identity by encouraging communities to preserve and pass on traditions to future generations.
