The Provincial Government of Tarlac and University of the Philippines Manila have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the planned offering of Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs at Tarlac Provincial College.
The partnership aims to expand access to quality education and help produce more healthcare professionals in the province, and address the limited availability of schools and health-related degree programs for young Tarlaqueños pursuing careers in the medical and public health fields.
