More than 900 athletes and young participants tested their endurance and determination during the 2026 New Clark City Multisport Festival, which featured triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, relay, and youth races over a full weekend of competition.
Competitors faced challenging weather conditions as soaring temperatures made hydration, pacing, and heat management crucial across all race categories. Despite the intense heat, athletes pushed through and completed the demanding courses.

In the flagship 6290 Triathlon, Cipriane John Topia of Team TriNics emerged as the overall champion with a time of 2:35:44, while Nicole Arielle Andaya of The Usuals topped the women’s division with a 2:58:39 finish, becoming the only female athlete to break the three-hour mark.
Team TriNics also captured the 6290 team championship, while Radenta Tech ruled the 68K team category. In the relay events, Five Star Multisport won the all-female and mixed relay divisions, while GAS Coaching topped the all-male relay category.
The Pho3nix Kids Philippines races served as a major highlight of the festival, attracting hundreds of young athletes and introducing many first-timers to multisport competition on New Clark City’s world-class venues.
Race Director Jumbo Tayag said the event once again showcased New Clark City as a premier venue for multisport racing, noting the resilience displayed by both veteran competitors and newcomers throughout the challenging weekend.
