Pampanga II Electric Cooperative (PELCO II) has apologized to its subscribers affected by an unscheduled power interruption in parts of Mabalacat City and Magalang.

In an advisory, PELCO II said the outage affecting Brgy. Sta. Lucia (Resettlement Phase 1 and 2) and Sta. Lucia (Barrio) in Magalang, as well as portions of Mabalacat City, was caused by a line clearance-related incident.

The electric cooperative said it was already taking necessary measures and working to restore power service as soon as possible.

PELCO II appealed for the patience and understanding of its Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs), assuring them of its commitment to providing a safe, stable and reliable electricity supply.

The cooperative also expressed its sincere apology for the inconvenience caused by the unplanned interruption.
