The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) highlighted its recent law enforcement accomplishments, community programs, and public safety initiatives during the September 2026 edition of KapiHann, the media forum of Pampanga Press Club in partnership with Hann Resorts and held at the Swissotel Clark.
Led by Officer-in-Charge PCOL Robert C. Domingo, ACPO was represented by PMAJ Agnes B. Nolasco, Acting Chief of the Community Affairs and Development Unit (CCADU), and PMAJ Janice M. Lolarga, Police Information Officer.
During the forum, the police officials discussed ACPO’s ongoing efforts to strengthen community-oriented policing, maintain peace and order, and address criminal activities in Angeles City.
A key part of the presentation was the weeklong Special Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO), during which ACPO personnel carried out intensified police operations that resulted in the apprehension of wanted persons and individuals involved in illegal activities.
The discussion also covered the police office’s various programs and initiatives aimed at improving public safety, strengthening police-community relations, and ensuring a responsive approach to law enforcement.
The forum further provided an opportunity for ACPO and members of the local media to strengthen communication and coordination, particularly in the timely dissemination of verified information on police operations, public safety concerns, and matters affecting the community.
