Forty-seven micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from across Central Luzon have completed the 2026 Kapatid Mentor ME–Money Market Encounter (KMME-MME) Online Program Batch 2 of the Department of Trade and Industry Region 3 (DTI-3).

Conducted in partnership with the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship–Go Negosyo (PCE-GN), the program brought together entrepreneurs from Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales.

The graduates completed 10 modules covering entrepreneurial mindset, product development, marketing, operations, taxation, business law, and financial management.

They capped the program by presenting their Business Improvement Plans (BIPs) to a panel of government and financial sector representatives. The plans outlined strategies for improving operations, pursuing new opportunities, and expanding their businesses.

DTI-3 Regional Director Edna D. Dizon reminded the graduates that the real work begins after completing the program, urging them to use their BIPs as practical roadmaps for business growth and market expansion.

DTI Secretary Maria Cristina A. Roque encouraged the entrepreneurs to apply their learnings, embrace innovation, strengthen financial discipline, and maximize digital and market opportunities.

PCE-GN founder Joey Concepcion, meanwhile, underscored perseverance, passion, and sound cash flow management in building resilient enterprises.

Through KMME-MME and other enterprise development programs, DTI-3 continues to help MSMEs strengthen their capabilities, access wider markets, adopt innovation, and build more sustainable businesses.
