The Angeles City Government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all individuals, private sector partners, volunteers, national agencies, local government units, and organizations continuously extending support, assistance, and prayers for the ongoing search and rescue operations in Balibago, Angeles City.
The LGU emphasized its deep appreciation for the unity and immediate response of various groups and individuals who have helped sustain the needs of responders, rescuers, and affected families amid the ongoing operations.





















The city government acknowledged the following contributions:
- Water assistance from JDN, Balibago Waterworks, Clark Water Corporation, LIAP District A2B, and Systems Plus College Foundation
- Sandwiches provided by Jollibee Maingate and Engr. Ken Flores for responders on the ground
- Food assistance from the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), Melebifh Villareal, Royal Harikawa, Architect Ricky Sangil, and the Immaculate Concepcion Parish Church led by Among Alvin
- Portable toilets provided by Soliman E.C.
- Structural assessment support from Engr. Roland B. Sanchez
- Provision of small and big backhoe equipment from Mr. Ryan Canlas for use in the operations
The Angeles City Government also extended its sincere gratitude to Pampanga Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, who has been providing continuous assistance since the first day of operations, including the provision of crane units and dump trucks to support the ongoing rescue and clearing efforts.
Support from various local and national government units was also recognized, including teams from Pampanga, Olongapo, Pasig, and Porac, which have deployed rescue personnel to assist in the operation.
The LGU also thanked the Iglesia Ni Cristo Pampanga West for their prayers and solidarity for the safety of affected individuals, responders, and all those involved in the ongoing operation.
Mayor Jon likewise encouraged all Angeleños to continue offering prayers, support, and cooperation as responders work day and night in the ongoing search and rescue operations. The city government said the spirit of bayanihan, compassion, and unity continues to guide the community as efforts in Balibago remain ongoing.
