Mayor Jeffrey Luriz personally visited tricycle and jeepney drivers, TODA members, and Carmex drivers affected by the continuing rains and flooding to check on their welfare and provide assistance.
The municipal government distributed DSWD Family Food Packs as immediate relief to families facing difficulties amid the calamity.
Luriz was accompanied by Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer Jhing Mesa in the relief effort.
The mayor’s visit highlighted the local government’s commitment to providing not only immediate assistance but also personal support and compassion to affected residents.
