BCDA MEETS NEW JHMC BOARD
Newly elected officers of the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) Board were formally introduced to officials of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) in a meeting led by BCDA President and Chief Executive Officer Joshua M. Bingcang.
The new JHMC board officers include Kristoffer Lee V. Dance as chairperson, Manjit Singh Reandi as president and chief executive officer, John Ray M. Libiran as assistant corporate secretary, Michael Remington A. Nerez as corporate treasurer, and Renato N. Bantug Jr. as board director.
Also present during the meeting were BCDA Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Gisela Z. Kalalo; JHMC Board Director Ma. Cristina R. Corona; JHMC Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jane Theresa G. Tabalingcos; BCDA Senior Vice President for Legal Services Diana Joyce N. Basco-Galera; and Mark P. Torres, officer-in-charge of the Conversion and Development Group.
The meeting went beyond a courtesy call, as both sides conducted an alignment discussion aimed at strengthening collaboration and ensuring strategic convergence of mandates between JHMC and BCDA.
