Cebu Pacific is ramping up its international network in the fourth quarter, launching and restoring direct flights linking the Philippines to key destinations in China, Japan, and Vietnam ahead of the holiday season.
The airline is offering a special β±1 one-way base fare seat sale from August 7 to 11, 2026, exclusive of fees and surcharges, for travel from October 26, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

The expanded network gives travelers more direct and affordable options to explore major Asian cities while strengthening international access from key Philippine gateways.
CEB will restore CebuβHo Chi Minh flights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while CebuβShanghai will operate every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The CebuβNagoya service will fly four times weekly, making Nagoya the third Japanese destination directly accessible from Cebu via CEB.
For Central Luzon travelers, the return of ClarkβHanoi flights offers a direct gateway to Vietnam without the need to transit through Manila. CEB will also resume ManilaβXiamen flights twice weekly, further expanding its China network.
