Police Regional Office 3 Director PBGen Jess B. Mendez highlighted the successful dismantling of a robbery-holdup group operating in Central Luzon during a media interview on August 8, 2026, at Camp Capt. Julian Olivas.

Mendez credited the accomplishment to intelligence-driven investigation, close coordination among police units, and sustained operations, which led to the arrest of the suspects and resolution of the case.

He reaffirmed PRO3’s commitment to protecting communities, pursuing lawbreakers, and providing transparent, responsive and accountable police service across Central Luzon.
