CIAC remits ₱585.7 Million dividend to National Treasury

Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) was recognized by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for its ₱585.71-million dividend remittance to the National Treasury, highlighting the state-owned firm’s strong financial performance and commitment to good governance.

CIAC President and CEO Jojit Alcazar received the Certificate of Recognition during the 2026 Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) Day celebration at Malacañang Palace on July 8, 2026.

The remittance, representing 60 percent of CIAC’s adjusted net income for fiscal year 2025, increased by 88 percent from the ₱310.99 million dividend contribution in 2024. The amount also exceeded the minimum requirement under Republic Act No. 7656 or the Dividend Law.

Alcazar said the recognition reflects CIAC’s continued efforts in promoting financial discipline, operational efficiency, and responsible management of public resources.

The corporation attributed its improved financial performance to sound fiscal management, investor-friendly initiatives, and efforts to attract strategic partnerships supporting the continued development of the Clark Aviation Capital.

As the aviation and land development arm of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), CIAC continues to pursue its flagship projects aimed at strengthening Clark as a premier aviation, logistics, and investment hub.
