The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) 2026 4-Wheels Festival returns to Clark International Speedway on October 16–18, bringing three days of championship racing, spectacular cars, custom builds, car clubs, food, exhibits and automotive culture.
Now on its third 4-wheels edition, CIFOS is expected to bring together motorsport fans, drivers, collectors, builders, club members, photographers, families and first-time spectators for a weekend celebrating speed and the automotive community.
Building Clark as a Motorsports Destination
The festival is part of a broader vision to position Clark as a major destination for motorsport and automotive events.
Clark International Speedway President Johnny Tan said CIFOS aims to help establish Clark Freeport Zone as “the epicenter of Philippine motorsports and a renowned travel and tourism destination for automotive and motorcycle events in Southeast Asia.”
The festival also provides a platform for local drivers, clubs, builders, creators and enthusiasts to participate and showcase their passion.
Six Signature Segments
CIFOS 2026 features six major segments:
PHIMOS Cup – Motorsport Action
Championship racing returns to the circuit, with top drivers competing for valuable points.
The Pitlane – Showcase & Exhibits
Automotive brands, builds, products, gear and businesses converge in one exhibition area.
Tour d’Elegance – The Signature Parade
The rolling showcase of automotive culture returns after drawing 236 cars in last year’s mega parade.
Track Experience – Take It to the Circuit
Guided, non-competitive sessions give participants the opportunity to experience driving their own cars on the circuit.
Rev & Dine – Food Bazaar
The festival’s food and social hub offers a curated lineup of food vendors near the main viewing areas and The Pitlane.
On the Grid – Car Meet
Car clubs, collectors, builders and enthusiasts get a dedicated space to display their vehicles and connect with the automotive community.
Frames of Speed Sets New Record
The buildup to CIFOS 2026 has already begun with the staging of CIFOS Trackside: Frames of Speed, a pre-festival photography competition.
The event attracted almost 90 official registrants across the 4-wheel and 2-wheel categories, surpassing its previous participation record.
Held in partnership with Sony Philippines, Epson Philippines and Cars & Prints, the competition’s top winners and finalists will be recognized during the main CIFOS festivals, with their works displayed at the Trade Hall photo gallery.
