The Clark Picnic Grounds at Clark Aviation Capital has reopened to the public, providing employees, residents, and visitors with a green space for relaxation, walking, jogging, and outdoor recreation.
The reopening was marked by a blessing ceremony on September 2, 2026, led by Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) Chief Operating Officer Engr. Ryan Pineda and CIAC Director Noel Tulabut, together with CIAC officers and employees.
Set beneath the natural canopy of century-old acacia trees, the refurbished grounds feature walking and jogging paths, recreational and wellness facilities, a playground, amphitheater, and picnic areas.
The facility is designed as a safe, accessible, and inclusive space where the public can enjoy leisure and wellness activities.
A weekend bazaar featuring food and non-food merchants, as well as live performances by local buskers, will also soon be introduced at the grounds, adding to its recreational offerings.
The reopening forms part of CIAC’s efforts to develop vibrant, people-centered public spaces that promote leisure, wellness, and an improved quality of life within Clark Aviation Capital.
