Clearing operations against “spaghetti wires” continued along Balibago Walking Street as TELCO partners, in coordination with personnel from the Angeles City Traffic Development Office, worked to remove tangled and hanging cables affecting the area’s safety and overall appearance.
The initiative forms part of the local government’s ongoing efforts to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe urban environment, particularly in key business and tourism districts in Angeles City.

Under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo ‘Jon’ Lazatin II, the city government continues to implement programs aimed at strengthening public safety, infrastructure discipline, and aesthetic improvements in public spaces.
City officials said coordination between TELCO partners and local agencies remains ongoing to ensure the proper implementation of cable management and decluttering initiatives throughout the city.
