Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo Lazatin Jr. commended the operatives of the Angeles City Police Office following the neutralization of the No. 1 Most Wanted person in Angeles City during an operation conducted on May 13, 2026 in Barangay Salcedo, San Manuel, Tarlac.

In an official statement, Lazatin praised the leadership of Joselito Villarosa Jr. and the police officers involved in the operation that resulted in the neutralization of the suspect known as “Bungo,” who had reportedly been evading authorities for a decade.

The congressman described the successful operation as proof of the dedication, hard work, and bravery of Angeles City police personnel in maintaining peace and order.

As recognition for the accomplishment of the operatives, Lazatin pledged a ₱100,000 incentive from his personal funds for the officers who participated in the operation.

Lazatin also assured the continued support of his office for the Angeles City Police Office in its efforts to protect residents and ensure public safety.

“Luid kayu!” the congressman said in expressing pride and gratitude to the police force.
