Of the total medals, Angeles City athletes secured 57 (17 gold, 18 silver, 22 bronze), while Mabalacat City athletes earned 59 (11 gold, six silver, 25 bronze). Athletes from Magalang contributed two silver medals.
Meanwhile, 26 coaches will also receive ₱1,500 each in recognition of their role in the athletes’ success.
Cong Pogi congratulated the athletes from Angeles City, Mabalacat City, and Magalang for showcasing Kapampangan excellence across the region, adding that their achievements deserve recognition and support.
The lawmaker has consistently backed youth sports development, including initiatives during his tenure as Angeles City mayor, where athletes were provided with full uniform kits and morale support during competitions.
