Personnel from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) regional and central offices conducted an on-site assessment on June 16 at the ground zero of the collapsed building in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.

The team collected samples of construction materials used in the structure for laboratory testing and evaluation.

The activity forms part of the fact-finding investigation created by Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II to determine the cause of the building’s collapse.
