The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Provincial Government of Bataan and V-Green Global Charging Station Development Corporation, marking a step forward in advancing sustainable mobility in the province.

The partnership aims to establish a province-wide electric vehicle (EV) charging network, accelerating EV adoption and promoting cleaner, more energy-efficient transport solutions across Bataan.

Beyond charging infrastructure, V-Green is also exploring opportunities for electric vehicle manufacturing, with a prospective site identified within the 200-hectare Morong Technology Park. The move highlights the estate’s growing role as an emerging hub for innovation, clean technology, and strategic investments.

BCDA said the initiative aligns with its commitment to support transformative developments that position Morong Technology Park at the forefront of the country’s shift toward smarter, greener, and more future-ready mobility systems.
