The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 3-Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) SWAD Aurora joined the 2026 Serbisyo Caravan Provincial Showcase sa Barangay held in Barangay Caragsacan, Dingalan, bringing government services and assistance closer to residents.

The activity featured various programs, services and interventions from government agencies aimed at addressing the needs and concerns of the community.

Participating agencies included the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), PhilHealth, Municipal Health Office (MHO), Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), Municipal Assessor’s and Social Services Office (MASSO), Municipal Civil Registrar (MCR), and Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO).

Representing DSWD SLP were Provincial Coordinator Margie Y. Nortez, Marlon Vito L. Torio, Kristel Joy N. De Leon, Alyssa Marie B. Nipal, Jomark P. Robles and Maida Sheila I. Aricillo. PAMANA representatives Jan Marvin C. Sagud and Gen Kernel B. Alvarado also participated in the activity.

Through the Serbisyo Caravan, government agencies and local partners brought essential services directly to the community while providing residents with opportunities to raise concerns and access appropriate government interventions.

The DSWD Field Office 3 continues to participate in initiatives that bring government programs and services closer to communities, particularly those needing greater access to assistance and livelihood opportunities.
