The Provincial Development Council (PDC), led by Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, convened for an orientation on the Annual Investment Programming (AIP) 2028 to prepare for the province’s future development priorities.

During the meeting, council members discussed strategies for earlier investment programming to give government agencies and stakeholders ample time to identify, evaluate, and prioritize programs and projects that will contribute to Pampanga’s continued growth and development.

DEPDev Region 3 Chief Economic Development Specialist Jesito Ponio Jr. presented the AIP process for local government units (LGUs) and Local Development Councils (LDCs), emphasizing the importance of early planning and stronger coordination among agencies.

The orientation forms part of the province’s efforts to ensure that programs and projects included in AIP 2028 are well-prepared, strategically aligned, and responsive to the needs of Pampanga communities.
