The local government of Minalin expressed its deepest condolences to the family of Chris Lorenz Tanglao Fabian of Barangay Lourdes, one of the students who lost his life in a tragic school incident in Tacloban City, Leyte.

In a statement, Mayor Philip Naguit honored Fabian for his courage and selfless act of helping save his fellow students during the incident. The mayor described the young student as an inspiration to the youth, whose bravery and compassion will always be remembered.

Naguit also extended prayers and sympathies to the families and loved ones of Joyancee Separa and Ayessa Nicole Dazo, who likewise perished in the tragedy.

The mayor joined calls for justice in Fabian’s death, emphasizing that his sacrifice and heroism would not be forgotten.

“Your sacrifice will never be left in vain; your courage and love will always be remembered,” the mayor said.
