Tourism stakeholders are gathering at the Boardwalk Events Center for “Flavors of Subic Bay 2026,” a culinary festival running from April 24 to 26 that brings together a wide range of dining experiences in one venue.

The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority said the event features established restaurants, local food entrepreneurs, and emerging food concepts, highlighting the growing culinary identity of Subic Bay Freeport.

SBMA Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Jose L. Aliño said the festival showcases homegrown restaurants and diverse cuisines, with Asian offerings featured from April 24 to 26 and Western cuisines scheduled for May 8 to 10.

Ongoing activities include cultural showcases such as “Luto sa Buho,” culinary competitions, live entertainment, and a People’s Choice Award highlighting standout food establishments.

SBMA Tourism Department Manager Mary Jamelle Camba said the event continues to support Subic Bay’s growth as a tourism and dining destination by creating opportunities for food entrepreneurs and enhancing visitor experiences.

The festival is currently drawing visitors and stakeholders as Subic Bay reinforces its position as a developing gastronomic hub in the region.
