Kapampangan chef Howard Dizon drew cheers from attendees after presenting a giant version of the iconic sisig during the ANCOM 2026 held from April 22 to 25 at the Tagaytay City Sports Complex.
The Annual Communication of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, themed “Becoming Better Masons,” gathers members for meetings, fellowship, and various activities.






Dizon’s oversized “Sisig Kapampangan” became a crowd favorite, with many eager to witness and taste the dish. He emphasized that despite its size, the sisig maintained its signature flavor and quality.
The showcase highlighted Kapampangan culinary heritage, adding a flavorful highlight to the multi-day gathering of Masonic brethren.
