Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) has signed a 25-year lease agreement with international aviation industry player Heatcon Asia, Inc. The agreement was formalized with Heatcon Asia President Howard Victor Banasky, who represented the company during the signing.

Under the lease agreement, Heatcon Asia will establish a new facility within the Clark Aviation Capital, expanding its operations in the region and strengthening Clark’s position as a growing hub for aviation services and foreign investments.

CIAC officials said the investment highlights the increasing confidence of global aerospace companies in Clark as a strategic location for aviation-related industries and business expansion.
