The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) welcomed Police Colonel Angel L. Garcillano, Deputy Regional Director for Operations of Police Regional Office 3, as its Officer-in-Charge while continuing to serve in his regional post.

Upon assuming the position, Garcillano immediately presided over a command conference with the Pampanga PPO Command Group and Provincial Staff to discuss operational priorities, ongoing programs, and prevailing peace and order concerns across the province.

The meeting was attended by chiefs of police from the province’s municipal and city police stations, as well as force commanders of the 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Companies, to ensure the continued delivery of effective police services and the implementation of operational directives.

During the conference, Garcillano emphasized discipline, professionalism, accountability, and unity among police personnel in maintaining peace, order, and public safety in Pampanga. He also highlighted the importance of strengthening police-community relations and sustaining proactive law enforcement initiatives.

The Pampanga PPO said it remains committed to serving and protecting the public under Garcillano’s leadership and guidance.
