Search, rescue, and retrieval operations at the collapse site in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City resulted in the successful extrication of two additional victims on Wednesday morning.

At 7:21 a.m., responders recovered Victim #22, who was initially located at 4:04 a.m. in Quadrant 2. The retrieval was completed following sustained operations by personnel on the ground.

At 9:12 a.m., the Unified Command confirmed the extrication of the 23rd casualty from the collapse site.

The remains were immediately subjected to proper protocols and turned over to the City Health Office for transport and Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) procedures by the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO).
