Kapampangan culinary heritage took center stage in Loboc as it hosted the Second Mangan Kapampangan Culinary Showcase on April 30, highlighting the region’s rich food culture and tourism potential.




The event featured renowned Kapampangan chefs including Manuela Cherry Pasion-Tan of Apag Marangle, Howard Dizon of Diosdado, and Mike Haizon David, champion of Cook Off 7 by the Hotels Allied Resorts Restaurants and Partner Association in Pampanga.
Led by HARRP, the culinary showcase was supported by the Angeles City Tourism Office, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga, and Converge ICT Solutions Inc..
The initiative underscored the importance of collaboration in promoting culture-based tourism, emphasizing that strengthening culinary traditions can help boost local tourism and generate more livelihood opportunities.
