LIPAD Corp pitches Clark AeroDistrict at Luzon Investment Forum

Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corporation (LIPAD Corp) showcased Clark AeroDistrict as part of its vision to position Clark as Asia’s next aviation hub during the 2026 Luzon Economic Corridor (LEC) Investment Forum held September 10-11.

LIPAD Corp Vice President for Commercial Development Eva Tejada presented the company’s strategy of going beyond airport operations through the development of Clark AeroDistrict, a future-ready airport city anchored by Clark International Airport (CRK).

Located within the LEC, Clark AeroDistrict is envisioned as an integrated ecosystem bringing together business, mobility, logistics, commerce, and everyday life in one connected destination.

The two-day forum, co-hosted by the governments of the United States, the Philippines, and Japan and sponsored by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), gathered around 600 international investors, industry leaders, and senior government officials.

The event focused on accelerating commercial partnerships and mobilizing private-sector investments across the LEC, particularly in transportation and logistics, energy, digital infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing.

The LEC partnership seeks to advance high-impact infrastructure projects that strengthen global supply chains, improve connectivity, and support long-term economic growth in the Philippines.
