Mabalacat, Clark Airport partner for growth

Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino, together with Vice Mayor Jun Castro, met with officials of the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) and Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corporation (LIPAD) to discuss development projects and initiatives in Clark.

Mayor Geld expressed the city government’s full support for CIAC’s flagship programs, emphasizing that the airport is a key driver of investments, economic growth and opportunities in Mabalacat City.

The meeting with LIPAD also focused on a proposed job-matching program to connect Mabalacat residents with available employment opportunities at the airport.

Aquino stressed the importance of close coordination between the city government, CIAC and LIPAD, noting that their continued growth directly contributes to the city’s economic development and creates more opportunities for Mabalaqueñians.

Also present were City Administrator Oscar Deang Jr., CIAC President Joseph Alcazar, Director Noel Tulabut, VP Ryan Pineda and other CIAC executives, as well as LIPAD President Noel Manankil, VP Eva Tejada and other LIPAD officials.
