Property giant Megaworld Corporation is set to turn over around P21 billion worth of major developments this year as it ramps up expansion across its townships nationwide.
Among the projects scheduled for turnover in the coming months are residential units at Sunny Coast Residential Resort in Westside City, Parañaque; commercial lots at Northwin Main Street in Northwin Global City spanning Bocaue and Marilao, Bulacan; and beachside residential lots at Paragua Beach Village in Paragua Coastown in San Vicente.
Megaworld President and CEO Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso said the company remains focused on expanding its presence in key growth areas while delivering high-value properties in tourism hubs and business districts.
The P12-billion Sunny Coast Residential Resort, located within Entertainment City in Parañaque City, offers residential units with private balconies and views of Manila Bay, with select units featuring bi-level layouts.
Meanwhile, the 16-hectare Northwin Main Street, part of the 85-hectare Northwin Global City in Bulacan, is being positioned as a central business district designed to attract multinational firms and commercial enterprises.
In Palawan, Paragua Beach Village—an early sellout—forms part of Megaworld’s eco-tourism township, offering residential lots near beaches and forest parks.
The company also announced upcoming land development works for two new townships: the 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City and the 25-hectare San Benito Private Estate in Lipa City, further expanding its portfolio of integrated communities.
