Mexico town strengthens irrigation support for farmers

The Local Government of Mexico continues to intensify programs aimed at strengthening the agriculture sector and providing direct assistance to local farmers under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Rodencio ‘Ruding’ Gonzales.

The municipal government has started the cleaning and deepening of irrigation waterways in Barangay San Jose Matulid to ensure a smoother and more efficient flow of water to farmlands in the area.

The initiative aims to improve water supply essential for sustaining productive harvests and continuous agricultural operations among farmers.

Under the administration of Mayor Gonzales, agricultural initiatives have been further strengthened as part of his commitment to prioritize the welfare of farmers and improve livelihoods in local communities.

The project also reflects the local government’s continuing efforts to deliver meaningful public service and support the farmers who play a vital role in ensuring food security and economic development in the municipality.
